The problem was trust and ordering efficiency. While Aria had built an audience on social feeds, it lacked a centralized catalog. Customers had to direct message the brand to ask basic questions, check collection styling details, and complete payments. This created huge cart friction, slowing down sales cycles, and left trust and orders on the table due to the lack of structured social proof.
The design challenge lay in translating a highly tactile, physical garments experience into a digital environment without losing the brand's premium, warm touch. Every detail had to look editorial, clean, and highly intentional, guiding users smoothly into sales conversations.
